This place really struggles with consistency. It's at least 50/50 if they will get your order correct. I use to stop daily but now mostly avoid them. The service is sometimes friendly but other times you're made to feel a nuisance for making them work. It often looks very unclean behind the counter.

Great DD store, location, convenience store, gas station. I always stop here before heading home. 40 mile drive.

Every time I go there in the morning they can NEVER get my drink order right. I order the same thing EVERY DAY... A lg caramel coffee with cream and liquid sugar. And either they don't put caramel in it or don't put sugar or they don't put either in it. I'm so annoyed at these ppl not caring or listening. I just want my drink made right for Christ sake..

Works if you have to get a basic dose of caffeine and/or sugar and carbs.

The employees are always kind & 90% of the time my order is on point. Which is saying a lot compared to a lot of other local fast food & coffee drink joints.

Is it new to tell costumers that the frozen coffee comes with cream? I’ve always asked for 5 cream 5 sugar in my coffee and now I have to fight to get that because they say there’s cream for the COLOR, not the TASTE. Then I tell them I want the extra And I still don’t get it unless I go in and tell them five times. The cream is for the color like they say, not the taste and I’m tired of arguing about it with them.

They make stupid mistakes sometimes when it's really busy but nothing major. We are there about 4-6 times a week. The food has gotten way better! My iced coffee is almost always how I order it! Not bad at all!

I am happy that they will put my drink in my reusable mug. Plus they have alot of great flavors.

Gets very busy in the mornings but does a good job keeping up. Very friendly staff.

Worst customer service I've seen in a long time, who ever is managing this place needs to go in once in a while, as they're not doing their job. Had to wait 5+ minutes to get an order, and there wasn't anyone in the place but me and the people behind the counter, had to call them over because I had to leave for an appointment, and I wanted a bite beforehand, avoid this place unless you just want to waste time.

I stop at this Dublin Donuts five days a week, some mornings are good and then some are bad. They fail on getting orders correctly and sometimes the person taking your order you can't understand what he is saying. Lots of room for improvement.

If you want burnt coffee with grounds in every cup this is your place. Don't forget the cold breakfast sandwiches!

I don't patronize this chain for myself as I don't drink flavored coffee but co-workers say it's good. Price seems a bit high to me for what they sell.

Ithaca Dunkin was out of coffee. Waiting in drive thru lane while they made coffee. The cashier who took my money had a glove on his left hand, same hand he took my money from and then turned around handling food, coffee filters, etc with same gloved hand. Management training????

Coffee sucks and I end up throwing away a $5 coffee every time I get it from Lansing. I don’t know if they don’t refresh the coffee or if they just don’t really know how to make coffee, but it always tastes disgusting. But I mean, 1 star cause the donuts are good.

Went here on my way back home today because my wife wanted a coletta and donuts ordered a Boston cream and strawberry frosted the drive through lady was poor mannered and had a serious attitude to me about my order went to get it and she gave me a strawberry frosted and a regular glazed lady was working drive through around 7 pm on april 13,2019 and it was all because I new the girl and she didnt like me for something outside of work sorry would have loved to give yall 5 stars but seriously might wanna get a word for some of your workers

The doughnuts are a far cry from what they used to be. Coffee is good,but you can get better doughnuts elsewhere.

Not very friendly employees, very bitter coffee.

The coffee usually taste burnt I try it every so often hoping for improvement. The simplest things seem to be difficult. The female staff member last week was cussing she shouldn't have went on break because it sounded like the rest of the staff got behind. Very disgusting behavior to fellow colleagues... much improvement needed in this location asking with being staged properly it coils be a very busy place, going in is faster then the drive thru usually too.

Damn google maps stop asking me about my time at dunkin I work here damn it

The coffee tasted old. The price for a medium cup which was a "small" medium was ridiculous. If $2.58 is what a cup costs now, I guess it's back to using a thermos and making my own.

I had a perfect experience. Though I've only been their once.
